High Speed Digital Production
High Speed Digital Site
Our High-Speed Digital production site is based in Dartford, and is embedded in the London distribution centre of one of our key trading partners Citipost, enabling us to inject directly into downstream access and courier networks.
Our reel-fed fixed-head digital inkjet presses and finishing lines operate 24/7, scaling our production capabilities up to an impressive one billion-plus A4 impressions per year.
Coupled with our variable data print & programming services, our infrastructure is designed to produce large volumes of personalised direct mail and targeted marketing materials extremely quickly.
The production & finishing lines are supported by high-speed folding, stitching & auto-insertion kit.
We hold large amounts of stock to safeguard servicing our clients, which has proved essential whilst trading in the current volatile market.

Environment
Ensuring business operation is as environmentally friendly as possible is essential in this day and age.
Digital printing significantly reduces wastage versus traditional litho-based production, as the need for costly print overs is eliminated & no sheets are used via the 'make-ready' process, when the print plates are aligned and registered.
Our digital production plant has a state of the art auto-waste extraction system, ensuring that every last scrap of paper that is trimmed out of the printed sheets on the finishing lines gets sucked up via vacuum and deposited in a secure container in the Goods Out area, where it is collected and removed for recycling.
